This vintage Care Bears toy is Bright Heart Raccoon, he's one of the Care Bears Cousins. He's a purple raccoon with a yellow heart-shaped lightbulb on his tummy. He has poseable arms and legs and has a purple curl of hair at the top of his head.
Bright Heart Raccoon has some paint rubbed off his nose, but is otherwise in good vintage condition.
