This vintage Strawberryland Miniatures figurine is "Raspberry Tart with A Tasty Sundae." It features Raspberry Tart, one of Strawberry Shortcake's friends, with a purple spoon in one hand and an ice cream sundae in the other.
Raspberry Tart has some paint rubs and there's some marker writing on the bottom of her feet, as shown in the photos.
The figurine is marked "A.G.C. 1981."
There's a hole in the bottom of the figurine so it can be displayed on the pegs in the Berry Patch Carry Case.
